The Vision

Founded by a collective of culinary designers, sommeliers, and architects, Aurelia was envisioned as a response to the fast pace of modern dining. We selected Berkeley Street in Mayfair for its deep historical charm, stripping back layers of a grand Victorian structure to build our dual-concept dining hall and lounge.
From our custom low-glare acoustics that isolate conversations to our bespoke silver cutlery sourced from historic English metalworkers, no detail is accidental. We believe that fine dining is not merely about gastronomy; it is a theatrical choreography of lighting, architecture, taste, and absolute privacy.
